Immunization

Immunizations, also called vaccinations or shots, help save lives and prevent serious illnesses. They are recognized as one of the most effective public health interventions.

Parents can submit their child's immunization record online at https://e-immunization.regionofwaterloo.ca/


Required School Immunizations

Public Health will mail letters to students with incomplete records only. If you receive a letter, please forward a copy of the complete immunization record to Public Health. If your child requires immunization, please contact your Doctor. If you do not have a Doctor you can contact Public Health at 519-575-4400 ext.5003 to make an appointment.
