Used Car & Booster Seats

Things to consider in choosing a used car or booster seat:

Look For

  • Cracks, chips and any white or grey patches, or lines in the plastic shell of the seat itself.
  • Rust, warping, broken rivets
  • Cuts, frayed edges or broken stitches in the harness or tether straps.
  • Tears in the padding.

Note: Signs of damage and wear will affect the safety of the seat. Check the expiry date of the car seat. Seats past their expiry date are not safe.
