The Reproductive Health Program works with community partners and other Public Health programs to support healthy pregnancies, so that babies will have the healthiest possible start in life.
Services and Activities
 | Adolescent Prenatal Classes - Free classes for pregnant teens and support persons in Waterloo and Cambridge.
Prebirth Services - REGISTER AS SOON AS YOU KNOW YOU ARE PREGNANT - at your local hospital to meet with a Hospital Nurse and a Public Health Nurse to register for your hospital stay, talk about your pregnancy, plan for a positive birth experience and learn how community programs can help you.
Prenatal Health Fair - A free event held three times a year in Waterloo Region for those who are pregnant or planning a pregnancy. A great source of information, education and services.

Community Services - In addition to creating resource material for use by the community, the Reproductive Health Program facilitates educational and support groups with community partners, and supports various community initiatives in Waterloo Region. Call 519-883-2267 for more information.
Growing Healthy Two-gether Program - This Prenatal Nutrition Program is offered at 5 sites in Waterloo Region and is for pregnant women and youth who want to have a healthy baby, but may be financially disadvantaged or socially isolated.
Resource Centre - Public Health has a Resource Centre open to the public that offers information on community resources, educational materials and self-learning packages related to reproductive health.
